Step 1

Choose your Stone

The first step to a countertop installation is determining what you want. You will need to select the material, style and finish you would prefer to complete the new look of your new project.

A Granite Guy help can be essential if you’re working with a limited budget or if you’re unsure of the best style to suit your home’s decor.

Step 2

Templating

Once the design and materials have been selected, Our Granite Guy installer should take measurements of your existing countertops and cabinetry, noting special features such as the location of the sink, faucets and electrical outlets.

The old countertops may need to be removed prior to this step to ensure the most accurate measurements.

Step 3

Preparing The Site

Before the installation starts, the old countertops will be removed and any plumbing fixtures will need to be disconnected. You may need to hire your own plumber to disconnect and reconnect it after the installation is complete. Be sure to ask about this factor early in the hiring process.

The Final Step

Sit Back And Let Us Bring Your Dream To You

Installation day is one of our favorites!

When we load up your new surface and transport it to your location, we take every precaution to ensure it’s safe and protected. You might notice that your countertop isn’t cut precisely for your project yet and that it has a special suction device attached to it.

It’s all to make sure what you have invested in will be installed with the same integrity and shape you have seen along the process.

Finally, your Granite Guy installer should provide specific instructions for the ongoing care and maintenance of your new countertops.
